	THM - 238 Service Management and Operations 3 Credit(s) 45 hrs Hours This Services Management and Operations course will explore the nature of services in general and the unique dynamics of Tourism, Hospitality and Recreation services in particular. A primary focus of this course will be on management’s role in creating a quality customer service experience by developing a successful service delivery system. Prerequisite(s): C in one of ENG 160 , ENG 115 or ENG 117 ; and THM 112 or BUS 150 ; or admission into the GLobal Tourism and Hospitality Advanced Certificate or Diploma.
