Eos Arrow GPS and Field Maps Micro-credential

This training aims to familiarize resource workers and professionals with the Eos Arrow GNSS and associated mobile mapping apps. Participants will gain knowledge on configuring, calibrating, and utilizing Eos Arrow solutions in conjunction with industry-specific mobile mapping apps to achieve highly accurate results. The training will encompass an exploration of the technology’s benefits, capabilities, and limitations.
During the course, attendees will learn how to connect the Arrow and view, query, and manage layers within the mapping app. Additionally, they will acquire the skills needed to collect data at varying levels of accuracy and efficiently synchronize data between online and offline maps.
For those interested, an optional second day of training will be available to introduce students to the post-field data transfer and management aspect of this technology.

Admission Requirements

- Or successful completion of FSK 030 if the above requirements are not met.
- High School graduation is preferred provided the applicant meets or exceeds the stated prerequisites.
Completion Requirements
- Students will be required to achieve a minimum C (Letter Grade Scale 1) in each course to pass the program.
- The Program must be completed within the delivery timelines.
- A minimum of 50% of the program must be completed at North Island College.
