Motion Picture Craft Services Micro-Credential

The Motion Picture Craft Services micro-credential prepares students to work in the Craftservice Department in the motion picture industry. Students will learn of the critical role held by the craft service team to include roles, responsibilities and the fundamentals of food and beverage preparation, service and storage. Learn of maintenance and cleaning requirements and protocols for equipment and service counters and space. Develop the competencies to support food and snack services based out of a craft kitchen and/or craft truck.
