PCK - 100 Cooking Fundamentals 358 hrs Learn the basic skills of cooking to prepare you for an entry level position in the food service industry, or prepare your skills for the Professional Cook program. Explore food safety and sanitation, as well as fundamental skills in preparing and cooking food such as: stocks, soups, vegetables, salads, sandwiches, meat, poultry and baked goods.
