RFT - 203 Silviculture

This course covers the art and science of controlling the establishment, growth, composition, health and quality of forests, considering silvics, forest ecology, legislation, and economic factors.  Emphasis will be given to coastal ecosystems.

Prerequisite(s):

• C in CFW 104  or RFT 104 ; or equivalent

Effective 2024 Fall Term the prerequisites will be: 

• C in RFT 111  or equivalent
• C in RFT 114  or equivalent
• C in RFT 115  or equivalent
• C in RFT 116  or equivalent
