RFT - 111 Forest Soils and Geomorphology 3.5 Credit(s) Maintaining the ecological function of forest soils is essential to forest ecosystem sustainability and healthy forests. This course examines the role soils play in vegetation growth and ecosystem habitats in managed and unmanaged forests, as well as the engineering properties of soil with an emphasis on road design and slope stability.
Prerequisite(s):
- C in English 12 or equivalent or successful English assessment
- C+ in Foundations of Math 11 or equivalent or successful Math assessment
- C in CFW 100 , or CFW 101 , or CFW 102 , or CFW 103 , or CFW 104 , or CFW 105 , or CFW 106 , or CFW 107 , or CFW 108 or
