AED - 017 Work Experience

This course gives students the opportunity to participate in hands-on learning opportunities in their chosen field of work in the community. In consultation with program staff, the student will identify possible work experience settings based on interests, skills and abilities, participate in self-evaluation, work-site evaluation, site specific safety assessment and specific skill training.

Prerequisite(s):

Admission to the Department of Accessible Learning Programs
AED 027 or permission from the instructor
