Industrial Automation Technician Diploma

Learn to work on all types of electronic systems including motor controls and programmable logic controllers, data acquisition, process control systems and robotics. You’ll work with state-of-the-art equipment and technology, with a combined total of 1,400 hours of practical training, including a capstone project. As a graduate you’ll qualify to work in a variety of industries including renewable energy, oil and gas, manufacturing and more.

Admission Requirements


  1. Successful completion of the Electronics Technician Core Certificate   program or the “core” electronics course requirements at any college or institute that is a member of the International Electronics Technician Articulation Committee.
    or
  2. Submit the following:
    1. post-Secondary educational transcripts or related training documentation and, if applicable
    2. documentation of workplace hours in related discipline, and
    3. interview with instructor, after review of above documents.

Course Requirements


To pass the program you are required to attain a minimum of B- in each course.
