Prep Cook Certificate

Develop essential workplace skills, safety knowledge and job readiness for a successful career in the food services industry. Train in modern teaching kitchens to master the preparation of soups, sauces, baked goods and more, while gaining hands-on work experience in local restaurants. Upon completion, you’ll be qualified for roles such as prep cook, porter or food service worker in commercial kitchens, restaurants and resorts.

Completion Requirements


Students will be required to achieve a minimum C (Letter Grade Scale 2) in PCK 100   and will be required to pass all industry certificate courses to achieve program completion requirements.
