Plumber Apprenticeship Harmonized

Advance your skills and qualifications in one of the most specialized and well-paying of the building trades as you work toward your Interprovincial (Red Seal) certification. Develop expertise in plumbing, steamfitting, sprinkler fitting and gasfitting as you work through the four levels of plumbing technical training, following the criteria set by the SkilledTradesBC.

Admission Requirements

2. Must be working for an employer with at least one qualified journeyperson.

Not registered as an apprentice?

Ask your employer to register you as an apprentice with SkilledTradesBC. It’s free, simple, and can be completed online or printed and mailed to the SkilledTradesBC Head Office.

NOTE:  If you have previously applied to our Apprenticeship Program within the last year and now want to register for subsequent levels, please complete the Apprentice Training Registration Form and email it to forms@nic.bc.ca

If it has been more than a year since you have first applied to NIC’s Apprenticeship Program, please submit a new application.

Be sure to monitor your myNIC email address for registration and payment deadlines.  If you have forgotten your username and password, please contact Student Technical Support.
