Take the next step in your education, expand your employment opportunities and learn to support individuals with mental health challenges in the community. You’ll learn neurobiology, treatment modalities and intervention techniques to help support clients with mental health challenges with recovery, rehabilitation and goal setting.
This program is open to those currently certified as Health Care Assistants, Educational Assistants or Community Support Workers.

Admission Requirements
- Completion of a provincially recognized Health Care Assistant or Human Services Certificate and
- or
- C+ in CMH 150
Completion Requirements
- Students must achieve a minimum of C+ 65% in each course and a Pass in Pass/Fail courses to complete the program.
