Heavy Duty Apprenticeship Training

Admission Requirements

1. Applicants must be SkilledTradesBC registered apprentices.

NOTE:  If you have previously applied to our Apprenticeship Program within the last year and now want to register for subsequent levels, please complete the Apprentice Training Registration Form and email it to forms@nic.bc.ca

If it has been more than a year since you have first applied to NIC’s Apprenticeship Program, please submit a new application.

Be sure to monitor your myNIC email address for registration and payment deadlines.  If you have forgotten your username and password, please contact Student Technical Support.

Course Requirements

Dates and classes may change or be cancelled depending on demand. 

Apprentices enrolling in technical training must take their training in sequential order, beginning with level 1, then 2, then 3, then level 4. Students must complete all levels of technical training in order to be eligible to write the Interprovincial (Red Seal) examination.
