THM - 238 Service Management and Operations 3 Credit(s) 45 hrs This Services Management and Operations course will explore the nature of services in general and the unique dynamics of Tourism, Hospitality and Recreation services in particular. A primary focus of this course will be on management’s role in creating a quality customer service experience by developing a successful service delivery system.
