PCA - 120 Culinary Internship 3 Credit(s) This course consists of full or part-time, paid or unpaid employment in a culinary food service kitchen. Students will have the opportunity to apply theories and culinary methods in an active culinary kitchen. They will also gain skills specific to the culinary field to enhance their future employment success and/or to prepare them for further education.
Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Culinary Business Operations Certificate and the Culinary Business Operations Diploma program.
