ACL - 044 Advanced Work Experience 4 Credit(s) This course gives students the opportunity to participate in full-time, hands-on, learning opportunity in the food service industry. In consultation with program staff, the student will identify possible work experience settings, participate in self-evaluation, work-site evaluation, site specific safety assessment, and specific skill training.
Prerequisite(s):
- Admission to the Employment Transition/Culinary Assistant Program
