Learn more about Access to Practical Nursing

Designed for health care assistants wanting to further their education, the Access to the Practical Nursing program combines content from level one and level two of the Practical Nursing Diploma program to make up the access courses.

The access courses cover all level 1 and 2 content from the Practical Nursing Diploma Program that is not covered in the Health Care Assistant Education, as per the Provincial Practical Nursing Access Curriculum.

Upon successful completion of Level A courses students will begin level 3 of the Practical Nursing Diploma Program.
