BC Adult Graduation Diploma

By taking any North Island College program, you can earn credit toward completion of a BC Adult Grad Diploma while working towards an NIC credential. Completing your Grade 12 may qualify you for a wider range of job opportunities upon graduation. Contact an Educational advisor for details.
Student must apply to the program of their choosing and meet the eligibility requirements listed below.
- To be eligible for the BC Adult Graduation Diploma, a person must be 18 years or older.
- Have completed at least 1 course through North Island College.
- Earn at least 20 credits in the secondary system or complete 5 courses in the post secondary system. Courses and credits can be counted from the secondary school system and/or the post-secondary school system and/or the Adult Basic Education program.
- Be granted credit for at least 3 courses as an adult at NIC, through the secondary school system, or through prior learning assessment (PLA).
Once eligible, students may complete the Application for Credential form requesting the BC Adult Graduation Diploma.
