FFH - 113 Semi-Automatic and Automatic Wire Feed Welding Processes

150 Hours

This course encompasses semi-automatic and automatic wire feed processes. These processes include Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) including pulse transfer, Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), Metal Cored Arc Welding (MCAW), and Submerged Arc Welding (SAW). Instruction includes shielding gases and their effect on weld metal transfer. This course follows the requirements of SkilledTradesBC Welder Apprenticeship Harmonized Level 1.
