RFT - 116 Forest Measurements and Sampling Techniques

This course focusses on the development of applied skills in forest resource sampling and assessment through experiential learning. Course content is based on the Association of BC Forest Professionals (ABCFP) Timber Cruiser Log Level 2, and Level 3 (introductory) competencies.

Prerequisite(s):

C in English 12 or equivalent or successful English assessment .
C+ in Foundations of Math 11 or equivalent or successful Math assessment .
C in CFW 104 or RFT 104 , and CFW 106 or RFT 106 , and CFW 113 or RFT 113 ; or equivalents

Corequisite(s):

RFT 117 or equivalent
