The Introduction to Non-Profit Management course examines Canada’s non profit section. The course is intended to provide a broad overview of relevant skills that are applicable in the management of not for profit and nongovernmental charitable organizations in Canada. Topics include board governance, strategic management, financial management, marketing, public relations, program evaluation, leadership and Human resources management in the non-profit environment.
