In this course, students will explore and examine leadership’s role in the development of organizational vision, philosophies, values and ethics statements within the larger context of nation building and strengthening existing organizational structures.

Prerequisite(s):

C in English 12 or equivalent or successful English assessment ; or
Admission into the Indigenous Leadership Certificate Program
