HIS - 232 United States History Since 1877 3 Credit(s) This course addresses the political, economic and social development of the American republic from the end of Reconstruction to the present day. Major themes will include urbanization, industrialization, western settlement, Progressivism, World War One, the Great Depression, World War Two, the Cold War and rise to Super Power Status, and civil rights.
