BUS - 310 Recruitment and Selection 3 Credit(s) This course is a study of the recruitment, selection, and placement of talented employees in organizations, many of which operate in a competitive environment. A strategic perspective is employed in the analysis of each stage of the staffing process from the development and execution of Human Resource plans to an audit of the process.
