BUS - 105 Principles of Business

A broad range of business concepts will be introduced and applied in a Canadian context. Students will be exposed to the different business topics on varying levels, including (but not limited to) strategy, human resources, motivation, leadership, operations, marketing, accounting, and finance. The course also provides an overview of economic systems, forms of business ownership, general management principles and ethics.

Prerequisite(s): C+ in English 12 or equivalent or successful English assessment
